Which episode was Malcolm (Frankie Muniz) not in?

Malcolm was not in “Clip Show #2”. He was in the clips from previous episodes but he was not in the Cold Open or in the scenes created for that episode. The reason was that Frankie was filming Agent Cody Banks at the time.
