How would you compare the Brady Bunch to MITM?

A few days ago, I just watched two Brady Bunch feature films on cable TV. They were made in 1995-1996.

How would you compare the Brady Bunch to Malcolm in the Middle?

Uh, you wouldn't compare them.

The Brady Bunch movies are a smartly written parody of the original Brady Bunch series. Malcolm in the Middle is a sitcom made through modern, realistic sensibilities. And the original Brady Bunch is just... awful.
