Scott Adsit was both the crazy attorney in "Houseboat" (getting Francis legally emancipated) and Joe, the Lucky Aide snitch in "Health Insurance". He is now of course far more famous (and shown here) as producer Pete Hornberger in TV comedy series "30 Rock".
