Well, it looks like a video capture of some 'Behind the scenes' show, because it's a very nice, revealing shot of the painted or silkscreened backdrop they use when they're filming the Wilkerson house on the set. It's the view you see through the 'windows' of the set.

Mystery solved! It's from an America Online (AOL) Entertainment set visit in 2000. They were recording 'The Grandparents' episode. Look at what they're wearing in the interview segments - not the scenes taken on the set - it's the exact same clothes!
