It's from www.fanpop.com - user sheen24, who may be identical/related to Tolpan of Erik's Empire, or just borrowed most of his pictures! I didn't want to upload it at the time, because I wasn't satisfied with the resolution, but what the heck, one can get too fussy about standards and such.
Granted resolution isn't great, but if we find better it can be replaced. I don't think sheen24 is associated with Eriks Empire, just a fan who used the images.
